haix..couldnt sleep now..too much just keep lingering in my mind..so how to relax sia..haix..i was told to meditate but will it help?? maybe one day should try ba..now alr 12.45am..hahaha..its early in the morning..hahaa..today no school so thats why can sleep late..haha..
